Baywood offers a full 30 day full and 90 day limited warranty on all products including Damaged or broken items upon delivery, "popped" lenses, and broken hinges resulting from manufacturer defaults. Items showing impact or abuse are not covered by manufacturers warranty. Damage resulting from hyper-extension of hinges and twisting are not covered. Likewise, items with severe environmental damage from extreme temperature or related mistreatment are not covered. Baywood reserves the right to determine when warranty coverage applies.

Are the glasses fragile?
>Baywood- We strive to design all of our eye-wear with the best materials possible. That being said we are limited to the natural strength of wood and bamboo. What happens if I break my Baywoods?
>Baywood- If you are within the 30 day warranty period give us a call or send us an email and we can send you a new pair. If you are past the warranty period contact us and if it is due to a manufacturer fault we will take care of it. We are here to make your experience great!
Can I get a bamboo box with the Hybrids?
>Baywood- Yes! choose the bamboo box option when adding to cart.
Do the wood and bamboo glasses float?
>Baywood- All our full wood or bamboo eye-wear float!
Do the Hybrid models float?
>Baywood- Unfortunately the Hybrids cannot float due to the slight increase in weight with the frame design.
